Nutanix is searching for a Senior Sourcer/Researcher to identify and assess sales talent for our America's Sales Team. We would like this person to be based at our HQ in San Jose but we are open to remote. This is a six-month contract with possibility of extension based on performance and budget.
We are looking to build out a researching branch of our sales recruiting team. This person would team up with our sales recruiters to identify key cities of current or future headcount. The Researcher would help develop leads of top sales talent to pipeline for these key cities.
You will work with lead recruiters & VPs to collaborate on hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
Dedicatedly build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, using group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill our pipeline.
You will call, screen, and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Nutanix and all it has to offer the Industry's top talent.
Locate and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques.
Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Sales Recruiters, Sales VPs, and Recruiter Managers.
High-tech industry knowledge with a general comprehension of meaningful tech skills, target companies, sales communities, and university sources.
Strong leadership skills including communication, delivery of results, consultative skills, partnership skills.
You have strong computer skills and experience with Google, Outlook, Excel, etc.
Results oriented with validated critical thinking, innovation and flexibility in taking care of dynamic situations.
Qualifications and Experience:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related work experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting/sourcing to include internet sourcing and cold calling.
You have a validated background in sales recruiting/sourcing for the high-tech industry.
Experience using an ATS. Jobvite a plus!
