Manager – Sales Development, EMEA
Nutanix is building a world class Sales Development organization and we are looking for a Manager to lead the EMEA team from our sales centre of excellence in Barcelona. This dynamic individual will provide transformational leadership as they scale a high-performance team focused on; generating sales pipeline for all sales regions, hiring, and training new sales talent and defining and building our inside sales strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about working hard and has a proven track-record of leading high-performance, metrics driven teams.

It is an exciting time to be joining the team in Barcelona! Our new office has recently opened and we have scaled the team to 8 SDR’s. It has a unique start-up feel and you can play a key role in growing the HUB and growing your career with a global leader in cloud software.

You will play a major role in developing the next generation of "Nutants" and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of high-performing sales development managers and reps (8+)
Responsible for employee role definition, enablement, evaluation and hiring SDRs
Develop team performance against quotas, forecasts, headcount, and key metrics for the EMEA SDR Team
Drive maximum productivity and performance of your Operating Plan within your assigned P&L
Meet and exceed your hiring plans (Managers and Reps), opportunity generation and pipeline targets across all EMEA market segments and Regions
Build and maintain relationships with Regional VPs and RDs with frequent reporting and communication
Work with Nutanix Field Sales, Marketing, Enablement & Channels to build and implement campaigns focused at various target market segments
Provide accurate weekly forecasts and track sales activity leveraging SFDC
Maintain and promote a successful and positive work environment
Drive and promote a career-development framework for all SDRs to grow into Account Executive and Customer Success positions
About you:
2+ years of management experiencewith a track record of excellence leading high performing teams whilst driving pipeline across different countries
Are excited by attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining world-class SDR Managers and talent early in their Sales and Management careers
Feel a deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your work
Are strategic enough to build teams, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis
Have a reputation with cross-functional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable
Are obsessed with being data-driven, highly analytical, lead through influence and are a structured thinker
Think big by working to achieve a deep understanding of predictable revenue models, mastery of sales development, and value selling practices as well as leadership philosophy and development
Track record of hiring and developing top talent to hit pipeline goals and preparing these individuals for Account Executive positions.
Exceptional command of Enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to coach to it
