The Opportunity

Are you an experienced revenue operations professional with a deep understanding of Customer Success in a subscription company? If so, you should join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst at Nutanix. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with key cross-functional partners, drive strategic planning and execution, optimize forecasting and performance, lead global transformation programs, and enhance revenue operations and technology, all while working with a team of motivated professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment

About the Team

This role would be a part of the Revenue Operations team, specifically supporting the Customer Success team across EMEA & APJ. The wider team is responsible for managing and optimizing headcount, quota, and revenue models within the Customer Success department. They collaborate closely with key cross-functional partners such as Finance and HR to inform strategic investment decisions. The team also plays a crucial role in strategic planning, forecasting, performance optimization, global transformation programs, analytics and reporting, and technology enhancement. They work closely with senior GTM leaders and are driven by a focus on driving customer success and maximizing revenue.

Your Role

  • Supporting the customer success organization across EMEA, ensuring effective business decisions can be made as a result of ongoing forecasting cadence

  • Annalyse revenue engine to proactively identify process improvements and implement changes where necessary

  • Carry out ongoing segmentation requirements to ensure our customers are receiving the correct amount of support by our teams

  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful, well thought out reports.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with high-level executives, salespersons, and internal teams

  • Create and maintain sales documentation and manage and maintain territory alignments

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years relatable experience in a sales / revenue / marketing operations role or finance role

  • Experience working in a renewal / customer success environment, understanding key reporting metrics such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Gross Recurring Revenue (GRR) Renewal Rates (RR) etc

  • Ability to provide insights into data and present to key stakeholders

  • Working with disparate data sources and complex processes, offering valuable suggestions on how to improve the way we work.

  • Fluency in English required

  • Advance proficiency with Excel, Salesforce.com and Tableau.
