The Professional Services team at Nutanix is a diverse and talented group of professionals dispersed throughout the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will report to the Director of Services, Americas. The work setup is fully remote, and the hire is not required to go into the office. There are, however, travel requirements for this role, ranging from 10% to 30% of traveling, allowing for onsite client engagements and collaboration with team members in different regions.

Your Role

  • Dedicate up to 70% of time to billable project work

  • Conduct customer-focused workshops and explain product benefits

  • Collaborate with network and applications teams for solution design

  • Create network and application tier segmentation strategies

  • Provide pre-sales support as a Subject-Matter Expert

  • Meet first-year objectives by conducting customer workshops, gathering input, designing solutions, and creating resources

  • Showcase expertise in network technologies and cloud best practices

  • Interactively whiteboard solutions with customers and create comprehensive documentation

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience

  • Expertise in hybrid cloud networks and security

  • Proficient in network technologies such as ingress/egress, proxies, load balancing, and overlays

  • Experience with Azure and AWS networking and security concepts

  • CCNA or equivalent certification and VCP or equivalent experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Ability to interactively whiteboard solutions with customers

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 124,480 and USD $ 247,800 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
