The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Renewal Sales Representative to help build our International Renewal team and to help our Global customers get maximum value out of their solution and renew on-time across a wide array of Nutanix products.

Your role

  • Own the internal renewal sales process (Quote to Cash) and work in collaboration with the outside sales & the customer success teams

  • Maintain a high-volume of accurate quote creation and quote modifications on a daily-basis

  • Maintain and submit an accurate weekly forecast

  • Attain a minimum of 100% Renewal Quota attainment

  • Maintain a high-level of daily activity including quotes and response to incoming requests from the field and channel partner team

  • When required, negotiate renewal pricing and discounts with customers

What you’ll bring

  • Experience transacting and going to market with Channel Partners & Distributors

  • Excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2-3 years of successful account management, business development or renewal sales experience

How we work:

Nutanix Renewal Quote Team is primarily responsible for creating the quotes and expected revenue pipeline pricing for the company’s install base, including both hardware and software support contracts, and several of our renewable software license products.

This goal is accomplished through a mix of automated and manual review of our company install base report, followed up by simultaneous renewal quote creation and account analysis. While this does involve some extensive data review, our team leverages several tools to assist in this process.

After quote creation, the team ensures proper hand-off of renewal pricing to the appropriate internal sales or sales-adjacent team. We are also responsible in helping to discuss and speak to the pricing practices and structure of the quote(s) and how they reflect and apply to pricing expectations in the account.

Half of this role applies to the pro-active creation of these quotes, and the other half applies to re-active handling of follow-up requests/tickets in regard to these quotes.
