About the Team
Our sales team at Nutanix has a keen ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts. Nutanix provides unrivaled support and tools from the Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development departments for you to leverage to exceed sales performance goals.
In this position, you will have a large amount of influence on sales team decisions and initiatives and report directly to General Manager, Northern- & Eastern-Europe.
Your Role
Lead a team of Account Managers
Sell Nutanix's Products and Solutions through Channel Partners
Interact directly with commercial and Enterprise customers
Work closely with Sales Engineering Manager, Marketing Manager, and Channel Manager
Demonstrate strong solution selling techniques
Foster growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
Build and develop individuals and teams for high performance
Achieve double-digit growth and exceed new logo sales in the region
What You Will Bring
At least 5 years of experience as a people manager within a competitive software vendor.
Intense infrastructure and application-led sales background
Existing network within the channel eco-system
Strong technical expertise in selling Nutanix products and services
10+ years of IT sales experience
Strong stage presence and ability to engage and persuade
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Ability to build diverse and competitive teams
