Nutanix Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) in Singapore, Singapore

Core responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters, talent, and hiring leaders to manage interview schedules and meetings at a high-volume (phone, on-site, video, travel)

  • Own and juggle multiple schedules and miscellaneous projects

  • Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our applicant tracking system

  • Assist with company recruiting events

  • Communicate professionally, thoughtfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

  • General day-to-day administrative duties

  • Excellent work ethic and strong sense of urgency

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

  • Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information

  • Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Disciplined and able to work independently

  • Comfortable being a chaperone to candidates’ day-of interviews

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment

  • Computer Skills: Outlook a must.... Internet literate (Familiar with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, social media), MS Office, Excel, Power Point

Preferred, but not required:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with ATS

  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin as this person will support the wider APJ region which includes China

  • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or staffing coordinator -- scheduling interviews at a dynamic and fast paced organization experiencing rapid growth
